Returns
Due to the nature of our products, Native Research USA does not accept returns. Unfortunately, the mishandling of our products can lead to premature degradation. Whether it be due to light or heat exposure, sanitary reasons, or unethical practices, we simply cannot and will not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and a representative will be in touch with you shortly. We will do everything in our power to resolve any problem you may have. http://www.nativepeptides.shop does not accept returns and all sales on this website are final.
Missing or Damaged Packages
At Native Research USA, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We hold ourselves accountable to a higher standard that is unfortunately not common in the research peptide industry. If you receive a package that is damaged, we will send out a replacement FREE of charge. In the rare but inevitable situation that a package gets lost during transport, we will send out the same order FREE of charge.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery to request a replacement. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored.
Same Day Shipping
Orders must be placed by 1 PM PST if you’d like to have your package shipped out the same day.
